  • Looking for stand for contactless card reader

Posted by Warren Beard on 22 April 2022 at 13:39

    Hi all

Client has asked for something similar to the attached for collecting donations at their events. I’ve searched and can’t seem to find anything suitable that we can brand and they can attach their card reader to. Anybody know of somewhere these are available to purchase?

    Thanks

    Warren

Why not just V-groove and cut one yourself on your Esko, warren?
very basic template attached, but cut in one piece in composite with header board, a couple of L-shape tabs at the bottom and top connecting the base and you’re done. or even make them using Correx or Dufaylite?
I would imagine the card reader will have its own terminal that just sits on top and the cable drops through a hole on the topo, inside of the pedestal.

lucky if you use a third of a sheet of composite or whatever if it’s on a budget.

      Hi Rob

Lol good idea, still taking some getting used to having this machine that can do almost anything 😂 We can direct print and cut/v-groove 😉

      Cheers

That’s the thing with those types of machines, once you create the template to print and flat cut, you now have a new standardised product you can sell time and time again, to other customers.
Also, easy to alter and sell as something else, e.g. a hand sanitising station.
