Hi all, I am a new member to this site and am in need of some direction.
I have a cnc router machine and most of the work i do is cutting components for exhibition companies, i am now starting to cut lettering etc for local sign companies. I am now being asked if i can fabricate sign trays, which is something i need advice on.i know how to rout the grooves for bending but am unsure about the corners.I also need help with costing.
the job i have been asked to cost is an 2m x 1.2m tray + 10m x 0.8m both in white reynobond. I would like to keep my prices keen as to not scare clients away and hopefully bring in new business. if anyone out there could give me an idea of what you would expect to pay for a service like this it would be a massive help. I hope this kind of post is allowed,if not i do apologize

    Cheers peter
Can these corners also be glued to the angle piece instead of riveted?
if so which is the best adhesive for this?
