The only resource i can find for badges is here http://www.scoutbase.org.uk/library/cli … /index.htm
but they are not vectored i am afraid although if its bona fide maybe you could contact them

There is a bit of scout stuff on Brands of the World.
Used it to produce this gem.
(Altho the boy scout is a freehanded illustration)
