i have considered third party inks but once bitten twice shy and we have third party inks on our other machines but the roland vs640i isnt running constant like the others and happy to stay with these inks we have general repeat work on it and wouldnt want to compromise that

Hi Derek/All,

I mistakenly bought a set of EcoSolMax2 inks in July without realising that they weren’t just EcoSolMax.

When the versacamm ran out of magenta ink, part way through a job, I installed the magenta. Then it said that the yellow was out too, so I changed that also.

Then it said "wrong cartridges"!

Why on earth it didn’t register the wrong cartridge after the first one, who knows?

So, I have a full set of 4 x 440ml EcoSolMax2 ink cartridges, unused, albeit that two of them have the membrane punctured following installation onto the versacamm – we obviously have the original receipt.

If you’re interested in these, obviously at a discount, give me a shout.

We also have a full set of unopened EcoSolMax3 that we bought to upgrade the machine, but decided against when some bad reports came out. We’ll also offer these at a discount should anyone be interested…

Hi Derek, £69+Vat is good. Currently I have been buying from Digi but lately they are having issues with delivery. Still waiting on the rest of my order from 22nd of last month and I’m coming to a end.

I’m going to be locating some UK suppliers of the eco sol max 2 as I can’t be dealing with such delays.

Any suggestions on who can offer me a good deal guys?.

Try Granthams, they do a very good compatible ink that I have been using for a few months, with no issues.
And the cost if £39.95 per cartridge, so good value too.

No flushing required and I have also mixed with genuine Rolands with no problems.

The also offer a guarantee if you switch if you have machine issues.
