    Hi
I have a half inch strip of vinyl to add to a dibond panel sign its 5.6m long, is there any tip i can use to stop it running off line.
there are 2 strips going each side of lettering so its got to run level or it will stand out.

    Cheers
    Lee

Masking tape it straight first and then run the vinyl along the side of the tape

    hi
as long as you get the start and finish correct put a slight bow in the board, attach both ends of the tape, flatten the board.

    normally works.

yes i do it all the time…specially on small strips, as long as you dont pull the vinyl, and make sure the length of vinyl is bigger than size you need 😀

It might be a bit wastefull on vinyl…depending on on the size of the text in between…………..but I would be tempted to put registration blocks on the top strip & follow those blocks on the bottom strip
