Liquid Vinyl Remover – Any good
Hi
Can anyone recommend a liquid vinyl remover that can eat the vinyl, not just the adhesive
We have flat panels that have been flood coated in 100% vinyl which now needs to be removed.
Doing one manually and with heat gun has proven time consuming as the vinyl used was high tac.Cheers

Would it not be cheaper to buy in new panels?
We’ve used the liquid vinyl remover from SolarSign Supplies to remove window etch, it’s easier than using a heat gun but still takes some work… and it stinks, so you need some good ventilation.

yes i’ve just used it it works great spray on leave 10 mins scrape or peel off, the vinyl feels like a used condom though, i got mine from signgeer get the one for reflective vinyl its much stronger :rollseyes:

Just buy new panels, your time is precious!!

Wallpaper stipper (steamer) works great on large areas and doesn’t overheat the vinyl or panel.

The panels are to fit a frame for a portable photo booth and supplied by our client. Job is to recover and add logo etc.
So can’t buy new panels, but I will give the signgeer stuff a go.
