    Happy new year all,

Sorry if this has already been asked I couldn’t find what I was looking for.

I have been asked to replace the panels on an existing light box 20ft x 2ft, I understand that the panels are usually acrylic? do I need use special vinyl ?
    any pointers greatly received.

    Thanks

    John

Depends on how much light you want coming through.

Standard vinyls let through a bit of light, translucent vinyl (not transparent) REALLY pops as it’s made specifically for lightboxes…if you do as single layers, as remember layering adds the colours and the density.

Alternatively, digital print – on white vinyl…job done. Looks good day or night.

Any good quality material will do…none of the cheapo 2-3 year stuff!
