    Legal fine print / terms and conditions

    Hi,

    I saw on a previous post someone had drafted a terms and conditions for printing vans.

    I would like advice / help as I want to be drafting a similar sort of document that safe guards me when installing any external on internal signs. It has started to dawn on me the importance of creating this.

    Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

    I have heard that the installers of estate agents boards make customers sign a declaration that the company installing the boards takes no liability for any damage caused when putting up the signs. Could anyone help with how they gained the legal fine print or terms and conditions?
