    Hi all,
does anyone have any tricks or tips for removing cured latex inks? We have printed something 200cm x 200cm and have a couple of small head strikes on a white background. It has been through the curing unit, is there anything we can do to remove the marks or is it a depth breath, chuck it and start again? On our roland machine we can use a little of the solvent cleaning solution and it gets rid of marks etc.

    Thanks in advance

    Dan

No help i’m afraid i’ve never found anything apart from scratching it off with a blade, might be ok for a tiny spot but not really on anything big.

If you happen to spot it before it goes through the curing unit you can open the window to pause the print and wipe away with some isoprol but sods law says you just miss it happening.
