We’ve a customer looking to have a few large square canvas made, 4ft square, with 38mm deep frames.

Not something we do much of.

The media comes at 1370. 1220+ 50mm to wrap around, gives me 1320mm, just wondering if we’ll have enough to staple it to the rear of the frames?

    Ta in advance 🙂

We leave 60mm on each side which lands just short of the rear flat section.

    Cheers Denise

I quoted the job, and on my way home the thought popped into my head 😆

I always draw this in Illustrator. Canvas size + how deep is the frame + staple area. Then I stretch the photo to cover everything

Yes I do the same, drop a box on where the frame ‘should’ be, just to make sure I’m not cropping the image.

Wasn’t sure if I’d have enough width on 1370 roll to stretch it over a 38mm frame.
