Large sign boards – best way to put together?
Hi
I’m wondering whether to make the 3m foamboard sign (link to artwork here http://www.signdynamics.net/proof/wine-sign2.jpg) (4m x 1.2m sign) on 2 x 2m boards or 1 x 3m and 1 x 1.
Any recommendations or suggestions ?

Buy two 8’x4′ sheets., less obvious wastage (cheaper), easy to transport & handle. Anyway PVC 10×5’s are often more expensive pro-rata than 8×4’s. You’ll have a split through something anyway so might as well be 50/50. ps. is that ‘3m’ foamboard or 3mm? – go for 5mm if it is as 3 warps like you wouldn’t believe & looks REALLY bad on a warm day. (5 just looks slightly bad!)
