    Large polycarbonate faces- help with supplier please

    I am looking for a supplier in US for 10’x12′ polycarb face.

    I need to quote on a project and can not do it till I am sure I can get the material. None of my suppliers carry that big rolls. Material should be 1/4″ thick and white in color. It would be used in a huge lightbox.

    If I can not find one piece material, is there a practical way to piece it together? I could possibly use the design to hide the seam.

    Ask one of your suppliers if they know of a fabricacator that can weld (ultrasonically) polycarbonate – you can get fairly good results.

    i would think that a face panel of that size at only 5mm thick will warp, be very prone to the effects of the wind etc. Also a hanging strip would be hard pressed to hold that type of weight. Just my thoughts
