    Hi guys.
I’ve had a big job come in to supply 4 off 8m by 2.7m signs, printed graphics.
I’ve done stuff like this before with just vinyl but trying to figure out the best way with full print.

Interested on how you do it.

I’ve come up with 2 options really, buy in 1220 by 3000 sheets, cut down the top, print the graphics to size with 10mm overlap to help line up graphics, and the last panel will be much smaller 800mm or so.

Second option, use wider sheets, lay over graphics with overlaps and where they cross the panel joins cut down.

    Am I miles out?

Also little concerned if I can’t get 3000 by 1220 panels as client wants 8mm correx

Think you will need to go 10mm sheets for 10" x 5" sheets.
Personally I’d do 4 even drops on the width, wrapping all the edges.

Ok so you wouldnt print the graphics to the width of each panel, just lay them up and have overlaps throughout the sign.

These are large billboard road signs on a frame.

If there going on a billboard no. With the edges wrapped it stops white edges appearing if the correx decides to warp.
