  Large Format Digital Print Operative – Glasgow

  We have a vacancy for the above. The main details are

  • Setting and operating a range of large format solvent and pigment printers

  • Progressing jobs via various RIPS (Onyx, Shiraz) and outputting to large format digital equipment

  • Operating a variety of large format finishing equipment for cutting, mounting and laminating requirements
  • Maintenance and upkeep of all equipment
  • Ensuring all jobs are completed accurately and on time

  Key attributes required:


  • A strong background as large format digital print operator with experience running a variety of large format digital equipment
  • Ideally, fully Mac literate for file preparation as well as using rips for progressing work

  • Large format digital finishing experience will be necessary including cutting, mounting and laminating
  • Attention to detail whilst under pressure and the ability to switch jobs quickly and at short notice
  • Knowledge of Colour Management (matching colours, creating icc profiles, etc)
  • Knowledge of Adobe CS (Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of Onyx and Shiraz
  Salary will be commensurate with experience.
