    Jetster XL – need an engineer

    Hi
    we have a Jetster XL which we bought from Spandex about 3 years ago.
    It now needs a new print head as the black isn’t printing properly.
    Have had a quote from Spandex for the parts & fitting, etc..

    Does any one know of any other companies we can get quotes from?

    as always any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Try Mclink the website is http://www.graphiplan.co.uk also check out the maintenance contract you won’t believe how cheap it is, we’ve used them for our JV3 they changed the heads at no extra charge, no quibbles and was with us in 30 mins from us reporting the fault.
    I’ve had a jetster prior to the mimaki had loads of trouble with clogged heads so a contract would be best for this machine
