    John
Thanks for the offer, I can view the pages, just that an error message comes up before the page,

I was looking for one of the tutorial videos, they play ok so not a big issue, just annoying

Peter (and anyone else who is encountering errors),

I am sorry that you are receiving error messages on our web site. We, at CADlink, try to make sure that every website experience is a good one, but on occasion web errors slip through, or are not identified through our testing cycles. Could you possibly take 3 minutes and answer the questions below? Your time would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Michael Roy
    Web Manager, CADlink Technology

    Questions:

    1) What browser and version are you using? eg. Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 7.0.5 – click under "help" then click "about" to get the details of the browser & version

    2) What OS / platform are you running? eg. Windows XP

    3) If you browse to http://www.cadlink.com right now do you receive an error?

    4) What is the error message? What does it say? (a screenshot would suffice or type in exactly how the error reads)

Again, thank you very much for your time

    Hi Mike

    IE 7.0.5730.13

    Windows XP sp3

    No errors now

I cant remember the exact error but something like "javascript error, object expected"

tool bar had blocked some content also, like as in Nick Minall’s observation, all looks ok now

    Thanks for looking into this

    Peter

Thanks a lot. This helps…I realize it’s not happening now, and am wondering if one of our server admins changed something or modified something over the weekend. It also could be our provider who may have changed something — either way, I hope to uncover what the problem was.

My email here is miker@cadlink.com — if anyone encounters any issues with the web site (sorry, I can’t help you with any product issues), throw me an email and I’ll look into it ASAP. Half the time errors occur "in the wild" but are not identified here.

    Thanks for your time,

    Michael Roy
