ok i have the Vinyl cutting machine mentioned above and in the spec it mentions:
610mm cutting width &
770mm media width
now I take it that the biggest roll you can fit in is 770mm and the largest lettering you can cut is 610mm.
The only problem is when i click on edge to align my vinyl it is only telling me i have about 585, I have got the pinch rollers on the edge of the vinyl to.
Is there any setting I need to adjust so i can cut 610 lettering?

I think so, in the menu you will have something like expands, it will then cut to where the rollers are, I wouldn’t recommend it unless your media is absolutely square in the plotter though,
try to keep your designs to fit into 580mmPeter

Matthew you are correct the Jag 61 will take 770mm width vinyl, to cut 610mm then take the Jag offline and press the button marked "Misc"
You will need to select "Paper Saving Mode" from here you can select expanded mode for both the width & length, always remember to press "enter" once you have made your selection.
