Is the Roland warranty transferable?

As title, wondered whether the warranty which has been paid for & has 6 months left to run is transferable between existing & new owner of the machine? Has anyone had experience of his please?

I read somewhere that its ok if the printer is moved to its new place by Roland and re installed but I may be incorrect.

the only definitive answer is to ask Roland,
and get it in writing if they say it is.

Thanks for your replies Rich and Peter. The guy selling the machine hasn’t asked the question yet. I think that, if not, I shall perhaps look at Tech 8 via UKSB.

Hi Lorraine,

The warranty is transferable but phone Roland to check as when moving their maybe some precautions you have to take to ensure you dont void it, but it does transfer with the machine.
