Hi guys Is it possible to pause the hp L26500 for allowing time to attach media to the take up roll? yes you can do this at first but don’t fancy wasting a meter every single time i want to print.

    David,
Use a mtr of old vinyl and masking tape it to the new roll then attach this to the take up. When finished remove the same piece from the finished print and use again.
    No waste 😀

Let the printer run the job and attach the media to the take up when it has printed enough to do so???

I do what Kev does. There is no way to pause a latex printer as the heat would cause big problems with the vinyl if it is not kept moving.

Just add the cost of an unprinted metre onto the job.
