I must admit that I’ve never really kept an inventory of anything in my shop. Yes I know not good at all. Since the other day I’ve been thinking it would be nice if I were organized knowing exactly what equipment I have and exact amounts of vinyl and tint tape etc. I don’t use any fancy software at the moment but I’ve been thinking to use Evernote for now to do it but I’m curious to know how you guys do it if at all. Best software solutions in your opinion.

Google drive, make a sheet, and you can have a tab for sheets, vinyl, clothing, etc.

I keep meaning to do that myself, as we’ve a stack of offcuts of varying sizes that I never use and tend to order in a full sheet, and end up adding to my collection!

The perk of google drive is you can update it from a tablet/phone, so it’s always live.
