I imagine that any company sign fitting is going to need some kind of insurance, but haven’t a clue as to what kind?

Are you insured, if so what do you need to cover for and for hom much?

    Cheers

The bare minimum has to be Public Liability to cover you against anyone claiming damages or injury to persons property or the like.

With so much advertising on claiming on no win no fee we have to make sure we are covered
But insurance doesn’t always have to take the form of documentation with an Insurance underwriter. WE have to insure or ensure that the method of sign erection or fixing has been worked out properly. We don’t want a sign to be blown down and injure or kill someone because we had not used the correct method of fixing or right materials for the job.

Typical isn’t it, I missed the thread you’d already started John.

Thanks for replying to this one. Personally I wouldn’t feel happy finishing a job
if I thought I hadn’t done it properly.

    Cheers
