Hey all I’m new to this forum, I’ve never had a problem with Installing Art cut 2002 until now the problem I’m having is: Every time I UN-Install and Re-Install both disc 1 and 2 it keeps asking me for the disc i put the disc in I do that and hit OK nothing happens expect a screen behind it will open and it has a computer at the bottom and a CD at the top, I’m using Windows XP and never had a problem until I did 15 Shirt and a couple other things that night turned off my computer that night and the next morning it beeped at me before it booted up and it booted up and I went to open art cut and it told me to insert CD after that happened I’ve never got my Art Cut to work since. Right now I’m using Sing Go and I need to get Art Cut to work again before Sing Go expires any help on this would be great full. 🙁

This use to happen on me with Artcut 2005, all i did was un-install then re-install and the when it asks to insert disc i put disc 1 then 2 and all seem to go ok, nothing seemed to happen when i put the 1st disc in but i did it anyway 😀
Now and again sometimes it used to ask again so i just did the same, put in disc 1 then 2.
Hope this helps, i know it doesn’t seem like much but it worked for me, by the way, if i was you i would buy Signgo, there is a lot more cut opions than the basic Artcut. 😀
