Innovation – The Key to Grafityp UK’s LaserPro growth
Grafityp UK, the UK and Ireland distributor of the LaserPro range of laser engraving, cutting and marking machines have announced a massive 22% growth in their sales of LaserPro machines during 2012. We have had growth year on year for the last 14 years with the LaserPro brand, but last years was exceptional considering the current climate comment Grafityp. The strength of our brand is the mix of great build quality but at a reasonable price, and we are also constantly looking for ways of improving the range.
During the last 18 months, we have updated and improved our three biggest selling ranges and introduced a brand new LaserPro X series range making our machines even more accessible to a larger market.
The LaserPro Mercury has been regenerated into the Mercury III, the LaserPro Spirit series of machines have become the Spirit LS and Spirit GLS, keeping many of the features of the original machines but also adding excellent new features like the DuraGuide motion system with reinforced Kevlar belts, and increased maximum speed.
The new LaserPro X series has also quickly become a very popular range, utilising glass tube laser technology instead of the normal metal laser tubes, The X series maintains LaserPros normal excellent build quality, but at a price that makes this type of technology easily accessible to a bigger market section.
Many glass tube laser machines are manufactured to be cheaper and unfortunately, it can often show, LaserPro insisted the X series should always be of normal LaserPro high quality, so all of the models still use servo motors, have autofocus, front and rear pass-through, high quality build, LCD keypad, drag and engrave feature and are backed by a two-year on-site machine warranty and a 12-month laser tube on-site warranty, unheard of normally with this type of machine, but then not all machines are LaserPro.
