    Hi Guys,

Im still having a problem with my printer saying the ink is empty when it is not. Swapping cartridges etc is no use so im really stuck until i come up with a solution. I have spoke to a couple of tech guys who say there is a microswitch that might have been moved/tripped. Is this correct and if so how do i access it? also if there is anyway of overiding the ink empty message does anyone know it? i am unable to access the service menu as it is protected!!

I think there are two reason.
    1. the one way chip, the chip data not enough, before the ink in the bag finish, the chip data finished.

    2. the small plastic tongue back on the cartridge, some bad quality or not good cartridge, the plastic tongue touch the sensor inside of printer before the inks finished.

    Kind regards,
    Bevan
