anyone else had this even after leaving the print to dry for three days you can still wipe the ink off.

doesn’t happen to all prints mostly large amounts of solid colour.
this is on orajet with roland inks and same profile all up to date have tried upping the heat but no difference (vp300)

    any ideas welcomed cheers Nick

    Hi Nick,

We use orajet 3164 with our SP540 and have no problems with ink coming off. Usually just leave ours 24 hours before laminating.

Our heaters are set at 40 and 40 so I’m at a loss as to what to suggest to you mate. Is the ink wet or just not bonding?

Also maybe try other profile sources, try orafol.de, oracal.com, roland. Seem to remember I got my "preferred" oracal profile from the orafol site but have a play around.

use you temp meter to test the temp of the bed

if you mean it wipes off with a dry rag then try any other make of vinyl, you don’t all ways get what you ask for, so they say
