A friend of mine has just bought one of these old plotters and can’t find the drivers anywhere, I’ve told him to phone Graphtec but if anyone knows where they may be or any details about the age of the thing etc. ?

    thanks in advance.

Well my FC4100 is about 19 maybe 20 years old & still seems to be doing a good enough job 😆 😆
Mine runs from a laptop which has a serial port built in so no problem there. As Chris says might be better finding drivers on the American site. I use Vinylmaster & my plotter is included in the list of machines it supports, running windows 10 64 bit as operating system

We also use Vinyl Master with a pc looking down the list it seems to support nearly every plotter made

I’ve got an old FC3100 which runs perfectly through Signlab V10 and last I tried worked from Corel Draw via Cutting Master V3. I run it serial but I have also tried it with a serial to usn converter cable and that works ok in Signlab but I can’t get it to work in Cutting master that way (not yet anyway)
