  • Indoor mural, when to use wallpaper or vinyl

Hi guys, looking into wall murals and have a few questions:

Digimura seems to be my brand, does anyone laminate or liquid laminate? i assumed its fine without any protection.

How do you decide between using digital wallpaper or simply printing onto a matt vinyl?

We don’t laminate wallpaper, our digital wallpaper of choice is Avery, prints well, and sticks well.

For vinyl we can’t fault Arlon DPF8000, I mean that stuff sticks where others have failed, Mactac WW300 is a close second.

We tend to use vinyl with matt laminate for high traffic/public areas, or where there’s text images to be viewed relatively closely. Wall paper for offices/shops where it’s just an image.

Metamark do a textured laminate, so do Drytac.
