Could anyone help with putting me in touch with an independent HP latex engineer please?
I urgently require help with a fault on my L26500.

    Thank you in advance

Where in the country are you? I have a guy in the south east or, I’d like me you buy consumables through Perfect Colours, their engineers have often talked me through issues via FaceTime / WhatsApp video chat etc. to sort the rare issues out!

It keeps telling me to reseat the cartridges, not always the same one. I do it and then it comes up with the generic fault message and tells me to shut it down.
    I have tried everything!

If you take the housing off cartridge end of the machine, you can clearly see the whole cartridges and the unit the slot into. There are some grey plastic clips that hold this unit in place. Sounds like you may have snapped one of these. Very cheap to buy and easy to replace. You can bodge it until you receive your spare part with a cable tie. Think I had this happen to me 3 times on my latex. Can be a little tricky getting the snapped clip out but not too bad! Fingers crossed this solves your problem!
