can any one point me in the direction of a good 8yr + metallic vinyl (all colours) and a supplier.
Are there any problems associated with cutting or applying metallics ?

metalics seem to have gone a bit out of fashion, only certain colours are available from major suppliers. graphite, silver and gold mainly,
autac had a range but they went skint a few years ago.

Cutting and applying metalics have no particular problems, but they are usually cast, so quite thin, so a pressure adjust/test cut on your plotter may be desired.

When applying just make sure its in the right place, cast is not easy to snatch off and re apply.

Thanks for that Peter, I wondered why I couldn’t find much choice around the suppliers. I may have to convince my customer that he really wants a solid colour.

Hexis still do a few other colours. I know they have a couple of blues plus those glittery metallics in more funky colours.
