    Hi all..
I would like some adviceon the vinyl master pro software..
sometimes but not always when importing an eps file..it scans/reads the file but doent import it..just blank..i was wondering if it has to be saved
as any other type of file or if there or some properties of the file missing..
any help on VMP is appreciated..

    thanks

    Jon,

Can you attach the file for us to have look at.

This seems to happen quite a bit for me. To get round it, I import it into corel and then re save it. 99% of the time it will then open in VMPro

Thanks Nigel & Iain for your replies..sorry..just got back onto the boards after a days work.
Not sure if I can attach files as a silver member( or is it just me)..
    but will try …
Iain…thanks for the reply..when you export it to corel what do you then save it as? or re export it as so that VMP can then read it…
i thought it was just me but more files are doing this…it also doesn’t give the import option ( just greyed out )…ive got round it by saving as bit map
and then re tracing in VMP..but a bit long winded. and not always ideal when you want to do a quick job..

    many thanks
