Hi, I presume you seen this thread.

Although the free updates, you can ask them for a vehicle and they will tell you if they done it or not, however I wish they would publish a list of ones they done recently or do a email news letter so we know when they have done outlines so we can take more advantage of the updates they offer and have an easier way of getting updates via an FTP or WWW (which they can control cutoff points).

Generally its good stuff tho, one of most useful tools.

If we were to let everyone know every time we produced a new outline, we would mostly be spending our time emailing hundreds of people. It wouldn’t leave much time for producing new ones. And many of these people would be getting vehicles they may never use. The way that is works if if you have a customer with a vehicle you don’t have let us know. If we have it we will email it. If we don’t we will try to get it. It has worked that way since 1995 & works for most. Alistair you can buy a single outline, but you will find over a year if you need a few it would be cheaper to have a new disk/book.

Hi brian. I did have another thread up but it seems to have gone missing. I have emailed twice now to mod-edit please read board rules but not had any reply, I have a subscription to IVO and wondered if I can get some old car outlines?

Not got an email mate? I am getting around 2000’s junk mails at the moment though so am using Mailwasher. Sometimes it marks legitimate mail as spam & deletes it. Best if you give us a call in the morning perhaps?….
