THE STORY
Westfield shopping towns are one of the largest global shopping centre developers with centres in Australia, New Zealand, the USA and the UK.Westfield Stratford City is the largest urban shopping centre in Europe at 1.9 million ft2 and is located at the heart of the Olympic Park.Westfield also have sites in London, Nottingham, Derby, Merry Hill, Guildford, Bradford, Belfast and Tunbridge Wells.
THE BRIEF
Having provided signs at Derby, Merry Hill and London, Image Technique were invited to tender for the external sign package for the new Stratford City development and successfully negotiated one of its largest single contract instructions -14 “Westfield” LED illuminated logos, 8 non-illuminated logos and 30 large scale signs.
THE RESULT
Image Technique successfully provided Westfield Stratford City with all the external sign requirements including some 30% more than the original contract value, all within the 12 week programme period and are partnering Westfield with the expanding sign needs as this project develops and nears completion.
