still struggling with colour problems, blue is lavender and black grey, read a bit about icc colour profiles and need a bit of advice…..any ideas on where to go for one for epsom d92?

other thing that might contribute….. I was printing straight from a publisher file….is this ok or should I always go from adobe or the like?

You should contact your supplier of ink. Each ink has its own ‘profile’ which is usually supplied on a disc to install onto your computer. This then corrects any colour bias. Will often still need to tweak the colors slightly however!

    Give your supplier a call.

that depends on the program you are using, remember, if you monitor is not calibrated, changes on the screen may not look the same as when you print. Really need to sort the profile out first.

My ink an vinyl supplier carried out calibrations for me. Unbelievable difference in quality and ink usage since. I never switch suppliers now even if I was offered free vinyl. Just not worth the hassle
