    Agree with Chris – when I screen print hi-viz vests I never re-bag them, don’t even fold them. Normally lay one on top of another then place in a box. 😀

    I dye sub them and give them back in a box the same way as above.
    its hassle to rebag them and as mentioned the customer will just bin the bags.
    save yourself the bother.

    I know your 100% right and if it was a new customer that’s exactly what I’d be doing but when starting back up last year and being eager to please the local tool supply company to get there printing contract this was just the way i returned all the jobs they sent me, no hassle for 10 or so jackets but a right royal pain in the arse for this amount! Still got about 30 odds to do so may just stick em straight back in the box and blame u three 😉

    You can also fold each vest and put it in your own plastic bag (bigger one). You will give to customer professional product and it will be easier and not so expensive for you. That’s how we do with t-shirts and such materials.
