i cant access the service mode in SJ740
hello everybody
today i got the head adapter for my SJ740. after i fixed it. i opened the printer to access the service mode but it give msg (service mode is protected) can u help me on this because i want to fill the head with ink and to do the head calibration and alignment.regards

At the end i found the way that allows the user to access the service mode .
it depends on the version of your firmware. in my case just switch on the back side switch and then press (down,right,left,up) after that hold left+right+down and press power button.then the service mode is on. it will allow you to do all the setups that you need.
