Nik. Why cant you do it yourself? you have the printer, so it would be better to see what your own production would look like? I’m sure Nigel would supply a working sample if you smile at him.

    Nik,
to paraphrase a well known, but old song….

Black is Black… I want my baby back.

An a4 sample wouldnt give you a true representation

Nik, to show Ed what it looks like, just stick some clear vinyl over black vinyl?

    Nik,

If you just want a colour change, why bother printing? Just get some black wrapping vinyl.

I will have to look in the morning, but I’m sure we have some left over from a job and would be happy to send you a piece.

The coloour range in wrapping material isn’t great, but here’s a yellow one we did last week.

good question lynn ! been wondering whether to attempt a colour change on the trooper for a while now !

No Lynn. It’s vinyl like any other, and just as robust. There’s no point whatsoever in laminating.

Well, that’s not strictly true. You might laminate if you had a super pernickety customer who wanted the gloss level to be a perfect match to a print on the same vehicle but I can’t really see that happening in practice.
