Following a series of 10+ power cuts this morning my printer is telling me to close the right door, it is closed, any idea how to fix / clear this?

Have tried turning off from the front panel but it just sat in cooling mode for 15mins..

    Help!!

Hi Hugh. ohhh!! sounds bad 🙁 Presuming you’re getting hit by "The Beast"?? Sun shining here in the North West of Ireland remarkably & I hear Dublin is under a bit of the white stuff ha ha!! Makes a nice change :smiles:
Sorry, I can only suggest unplugging it until the danger passes. I did have a similar issue a while back re stuck in cooling mode & ended up switching off from the back & removing plugs. The next time it fired up ok & haven’t had any issue since, but I always switch off from behind & remove plugs if there is a chance of power outage or surge to be safe.

Massive thanks to the Perfect Colours engineer who called just now..
The main fault was cured by pressing the little reset button on the control panel, then I just had to take the end off and sort the door switch out, unsure what was causing it but it works again now, I can breathe a sign of relief now, especially as I’ve just bought a new space heater and can finish wrapping the car I’ve had since Monday!!
