    Hello folks,

At the last place I worked we used an Aristo 1310 flatbed plotter linked to AutoCAD using a HP-GL driver.

Having just bought myself a SummaCut D60, I’d like to use the same. Does anyone know which of the HP plotter drivers in AutoCAD will enable me to do this?

    Cheers everyone

    Darren

    hi
as i understand it your D60 uses DMPL lang as standard well they all used to anyway in the menu you can tell it to accept HPGL but as i remember the output was not as clean and you lost other plotter controls. it was a hang over from the houston make days. – may have now changed

Corel 11 will accept Acad dwgs as an import and will generally import them properly (apart from hatches and will want to substitute windows text for SHX files.)
I havent tried it , but cant you set up the pc60 as the default printer and if using a windows based version of Acad , just print to it?
