    Hi, Can anyone help me.

I need to know a if there are any good but affordable HP Latex engineers in Glasgow who could come look at my machine ASAP.

I have a stack of work needing done this week. I have had nothing but problems recently.

Firstly the machine got a paper jam on PVC material, we cleared this but the error would not go away. Eventually we got the error away, then we started getting error with full inks saying bag was broken, I have replaced these, then we the printheads started playing up and I have more or less replaced everyone of these, but one of the new ones doesnt seem to be working. on top of this we now have the cyan ink leaking and going over all the material. I tried cleaning this and taking the print heads out and placing them back in. Now we are back to the original problem of error 82:01.

This printer is driving me mad and now cost a small fortune.

Thanks in advance for any help

I am not aware of an reputable independent HP latex engineers in central Scotland James but there was one working on one of my machines from Wishaw area but he works for ArtSystems. Maybe worth giving ArtSystems a call anyway, they may be able to give some technical advice?

I called them guys and they are very expensive.

Does no one know of any decent priced HP engineers?

    Thanks

HP are really clamping down on selling parts to end users and independent engineers. We always use Art Systems for our latex customers and they are a little more expensive than the going rate but they do have a good rate of first time fix. You get what you pay for really.

It’s either them or Perfect Colours who are in south London.
