  • how to stop seeing joints on a lightbox panel?

    Hi all, just a quick question, am sure this has probably been asked before, but here goes..

    i have a 30ft lightbox to fit soon which is obviously gunna have a number of joints in the facia panel.

    my question is how do i diguise them, keep them together and not cast a shadow on the joint??

    any help appreciated

    Flexface? or does it have to be pex?

    If perspex, a rebate join is usually fine, use panalocks to hold them together

    hi peter, perspex/ acrylic

    done rebate before on a smaller box, wot are the panlocks? and where do i get them?

    Hi
    if you are fitting a new box have them supply the perspex that way it will have hanging strip & rebates all done for you, can work out better cost wise as well depending on the size.

    I’m guessing that the panels are perspex and the whole sign is illuminated. A simple panel lock top and bottom would keep the panels together. A panel lock is basically two pieces of material with a hook at one end and they interlock.
