  • How to adhere acrylic letters to dibond with standoffs?

We have to cut some flat acrylic letters and attach them to dibond, the customer wants the letters to stand off from the dibond.

What sort of fastener should we look at using as we dont know how the dibond is going to be attached to the wall and dont want to have thread and nuts on the back side in case this prohibits mounting.

All this sign stuff is very new to us and we dont know much yet. (?)

You are going to struggle if your looking to have the back of the composite board completely flush, only way I can see of doing that is to use countersunk sfixings but they are not the best fasteners to use with composite as the countersink will remove the ally skin on one side making it easier for them to pull through. Can you not get all the details before you go ahead with the job, sorry but I would have asked about installation before starting the job.
