Our old laminator is getting a bit dated and creases easily. It seams a few people on here have the Easymount models. Are they very good and can you run long runs through them ?. I can’t chance more than four metres with the existing one. We need one with a top heated roller.

I had one for a few years up until just before Christmas last year, it was a cold laminator though. It was excellent as long as you did everything slowly, every time we upped the speed it would go off. It didn’t make massive differences to production time so we left it slow. We were doing a lot of coach sides with it so it tracked okay. But as with every laminator I’ve used, every now and again it could just be really spiteful and ruin that last metre on a long run without any explanation!

A great laminator, we have the 1400SH and it runs no problems at the fastest speed it will do 2.6

Highly recom this range of machines

From a selling point of view I can supply three different makes of laminator and the only ones I sold last year was the Easymount range, so that must say something.

1400SH here and also think it’s a great machine. The only problems we ever have with it is when the operator cocks something, me 😳

What sort of lengths can you feel confident in laminating.

    Martin

I have laminated 30m in one go without any probs, it is all down to making sure that you get the print square before you start, then i t will run perfect at any speed.
