    sorry if this is obuious but i really dont know how do you make rounded corners signs

    Bit more info needed – do you mean rounding the corner of a vinyl image, panel, frame……..?

    You can get sander for about £30 quid from B & Q. Vertical disc and horizontal belt all in one.

    Just cut a viynl disc to the size you want, sand up to and job done.

    The corner cutters are ok, but expensive and buy a great choice in sizes.

    The sander will also fo any thickness you need inn dibond, foamex etc.
    Also good on acrylics and for sharpening your chisels etc.

    You might want to attach a vaccum, can be a bit messy!!!!!

    We have a corner rounder from JAG. Like most things they sell they are overpriced for what they are, but they are bloody good things.

    We round all small signs with it as it looks far smarter. You can round four corners with no mess in 10 seconds. We have had it for about 4 years and are still pleased with it.
