  • how do i make a corner with rybond signs?

    Hi

We need radius corners on about 500 small rynabond signs (200m x 300mm) per week.

Can anyone recommend a supplier for such a machine or shed any light on how they would do it ?

    Many thanks

    Jon

I got my corner-rounder from Jag, works a treat on Dybond & up to 10mm foam.

Dunno about 2000 corners a week though, might be a wee bit tedious 😥

    Hi Jon

I went for the lighter one, £135, which is great for the little use I put it through, but I would have grave doubts as to how long it would last for the amount of use you are talking about.

The lever (arm) is the bit I would worryabout. My advice? Go for the dearer one, it will be worth it, I am sure.
