    how do i get corel to cut out the middle of text please?

    I have vectorized a logo which contains R e P now the auto trace got rid of all of the white apart from the centers of the R e p when i delete the color it turns the whole R solid – how do i get it to cut out the middle ?

    Select the letter and either combine the shapes or weld (depending on the software) you may then need to delete the centres but it will leave the correct shape

    Shaping / Weld in Corel

    Press F1 for help in corel and search for Combining objects
    This shows the weld tool
