Hot Flames "FONT"

Only other pre made font you might consider is called ‘Hot Rod Gang’ (I think) which has flames coming from the left of the capital letters.

There’s also a font called ‘Kustom Kar’ from Larabie Fonts. I’ve only found it in Windows true type format tho.

Other than that how about creating some flames in a drawing package and ‘welding’ them into the outlines of a font the customer likes.
