Sorry mods if this is in the wrong section.
Today we had several conversations on Graphic design and spending that little bit more on a good design.
Then on the way home, spotted this in the traffic, I burst out laughing, my husband though I was mad… for the sake of £50, this chap could have had something that attracted customers, not scared them away.
There were bits of wood inside the car, probably protecting the inside. A picture frame, hung from the window, the Auto Glym was a printed piece of paper stuck to the window with sellotape. The rear looked like white vinyl with maker pen …….
My husband who had his "b1tchy" head on, said it was a certain sign shop in our area who specialized in similar layouts!!!!!

this is funny, i was speaking to a mate of mine only yesterday.
we both spoke about a guy i know that moved into our industrial estate.
he asked me for a price for a road end sign. i knew he wanted it cheap being a friend, but i wasn’t doing it for nothing… i mean i knew him from school, not as a friend friend…anyway, i gave him a very good price and away he went.2 days later i drive into our estate and to my amazement there was a "wood stained house door" on its side, with A4 sheets of paper inside "poly-pockets" stapled all over the door.
each A4 had a letter printed as big as possible. reading out the name of the company and phone number.
the best bit was he had ran out of space available and had nailed a small bit of wood at the end of the door jutting out enough just to hold the last A4. :lol1:maybe he has moved south and started up down your way because he was gone from our estate about 2 weeks later. :lol1: :lol1:
do these people really not have a clue?
