Sorry, I have no Idea where you could get such a machine.
but I would be interested to find out why you need to punch the holes?

Can’t you just cut the holes with your plotter when it is contour cutting the graphic or am I missing the point 😕

not sure if this would be useful as a manual process but it is a hole maker for remote control cars body shells. They make round holes in plastic and might be able to help you with what you need to do.

check out this site and link to see what I am talking about. (it’s called a reamer)

    Hi,

it would be possible to have the plotter cut the holes but it would be awfully fiddly picking them all out,it’s also not really possible to do it manually, because the holes have to be uniform.

    Thanks,

    How big are the holes?
You could possibly use a paper drill.

    looks like an ebay picture

anyway, vinyl cutter does the holes or cnc flatbed with twin heads (one knife and one drill?). For mass production then silkscreen then using a die-cutter to stamp the lot out.

    hi
can you explain the breathing gas tank ? all the ones i have used
moto x, trials, road racing, etc only need one small one usually bulilt in to the tank cap design i have seen these sort of decals with a sort of perforation (dimpled effect) which i think is only to help grip the tank or panels with your thighs ( sorry Girls) its a man thing.

Derek, I think that polyprop tanks leach out petrol vapour which in turn affects the adhesive, that’s what I have been told anyway, I cant understand how the vapour would decide to use the holes rather than affect the adhesive though?

Thats why I asked the question,

yeah the tanks release fuel vapor, with holes obviously it allows allot of that vapor to get straight out into the air,so their is no ‘know’ solution to this problem?
