    Hi everyone

First of all I would just like to say I have never posted on this site but have spent many hours reading very usefull information posted by others.. This is such a usefull tool to have.

My question to you guys out there is how do people produce hoarding panel and get them looking great?

We have tried to print vinyl then lay them up onto Ali comp but for the time it takes to long compared to what we have to charge them out at to stay competitive just didn’t seem worth while.
We have an oce Arizona 350gt and have tried in the past to print direct but it doesn’t seem to key into the material so when you was transporting them or fitting them marks would appear from scratches or just general wear

Does anyone no of a alternative to stay competitive and make the process quick? I have spoke to a few suppliers and they say that we need to buy the proper printable branded dibond print but that is so expensive compared to the cheap hoarding grade printable sheets

Any help would be much appreciated

We use our laminator to mount them.
