does anyone know of a royal nave site that will have god artwork ( .ai or .eps ) of HMS warships ie: HMS DRAKE etc…

i have 11 to find and i dont really want to draw them all if i can help it..

Roff’s have you tried a google on royal navy they usually have stuff 🙄

i think he was like uncle albert on fools and horses, every ship he served on sank !!!!

Roffs wish I hadn’t told you that, when you start looking you can’t stop the information is amazing, don’t know if you will find what you are looking for , if you don’t it will have been worth a look.

Roy, I’m sure I could help you out here as I have a load of Military stuff on CD’s etc, but I’m in the middle of moving house at the moment and all my software has been packed away ready for the move. Most of my stuff is Army though, but I’m sure I have some Navy stuff lurking in a box somewhere. I do have contacts at HMNB Portsmouth,who may have what you need, but wont be in contact with them again for a week or so, poss longer with the luck I’m having getting a decent clean line in the new area. Sorry mate! (chat.)

Try getting in touch with a company called Ensign Motifs. They used to make name badges for the navy with the coat of arms on which we engraved the names on for them until they got there own equipment. They may be able to help.

Roffs, make sure your customer has permission to use these as the MOD can be very funny about people copying their stuff without a license.

yeh – good tip martin, we used to do work for the MOD in the past, and ive just called them to make sure its ok.

The job is a piece of art for my father – in – laws 60th Birthday, We want to have the artwork with all the ships he served on in his naval career…

I`ll post when its done
